EuroParliament has supported the Eurocommission offer to declare 2009 Year of creativity and innovations.
When greeting the participants of the Expertise the First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine – Oleksandr Turchinov noted that the aspects that were placed in the centre of attention are closely related to strengthening competitiveness of Ukraine in the world, and pushing Ukraine to the frontiers of the general progress.

Innovative Doctrine
14-15 OF DECEMBER 2007:
First National Innovation Forum “Ukrainian Innovation Doctrine” took place on December 14-15, 2007 in Teacher’s House in Kiev, Ukraine. The Forum was initiated by a number of state agencies, scientific establishments, as well as representatives from the community.
The aim of the Forum was to define and connect various viewpoints, as well as unite efforts and resources from the government, business, scientific and educational institutions, industry, independent analytical centers and experts, and international community, with a goal to develop a common view of direction, principles, and mechanisms of Ukrainian innovation politics.
