EuroParliament has supported the Eurocommission offer to declare 2009 Year of creativity and innovations.
When greeting the participants of the Expertise the First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine – Oleksandr Turchinov noted that the aspects that were placed in the centre of attention are closely related to strengthening competitiveness of Ukraine in the world, and pushing Ukraine to the frontiers of the general progress.

Public/Professional Expertise of the Legal Foundation of Innovation and Investment Activity
On June, 13-14th, 2008 in the educational center "Master Class" in Kyiv at Ivan Mazepa street, 34 will be held Public/Professional Expertise of the Legal Foundation of Innovation and Investment Activity.
The purpose of the Expertise is the system analysis, generalization and development of suggestions concerning improvement of the Ukrainian legal base in sphere of investment and innovative activity, and in the long term - creation of legislative preconditions for development of an innovative infrastructure of the state, occurrence of new intellectual workplaces, reduction of scales of "outflow of brains" from Ukraine.
The Expertise is supported by: National Institute of Strategic Researches, the International Institute of Urbanistics and Regional Development, the International Center of Perspective Researches, Scientific Park " Kiev Polytechnics", EBA, KMBS, the Educational center "Master Class", the Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants, Association of Participants of the Market of Wireless Networks of Data Transmission (W³reless UA).
The program of Expertise includes presentation of the Ukrainian legislation for work of investors and innovators, session of expert groups and thematic discussions concerning branch aspects of the innovative-investment legislation.
The presentation of the book "Innovative Doctrine for Ukraine" will precede the Expertise. Within the Expertise positions of the best experts from State bodies, business, science, education and society concerning economy and the legislation will be presented.
