2009 – Year of creativity and innovations.
EuroParliament has
supported the Eurocommission offer to declare 2009 Year of creativity and
innovations. EuroParliament,
unlike Eurocommission offers, has decided that throughout 2009 it is necessary
to pay attention not only to assistance to the program of training throughout a
life, but also to the other programs directed on strengthening of creativity
and innovations in EU.
The European Union
annually selects the new purposes. So, 2007 was Year of equal possibilities. 2008 is Year
of intercultural dialogue.
